Counselling services at our 5th Street location are provided by Jessica Bouvier, RSW, MSW—a genuine and experienced bilingual psychotherapist and social worker. Jessica is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and relaxed space where you can explore what matters most to you in therapy. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking greater self-understanding, her goal is to support your healing, growth, and wellness at a pace that feels right for you.
Areas she can help with include, but are not limited to: self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, interpersonal issues, sleep, spirituality, health, sexuality, stress, chronic pain, life transitions, diverse forms of abuse, career challenges, couples' issues, inner child work, codependency, authenticity, self-love, boundaries, emotional overwhelm, workplace burnout, and identity-related concerns.
Her integrative and holistic approach includes: psychotherapy, talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), existential therapy, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), positive psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), humanistic, somatic practices, strength-based and empowerment-based approaches, as well as faith-inclusive, culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, creative, and intuitive methods. She also incorporates mindfulness, gratitude, meditation, self-awareness, soul healing, and manifestation coaching into her work.
