With a background in personal training, self-defence instruction, and hands-on mechanical work, Julius brings a practical, movement-focused approach to care. His strong passion for fitness led him to earn his CanFitPro certification and establish a private personal training studio, helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence in their bodies.
